Our Story

Lost Lambs is a trail-running label from London, run by two people: Will and Josh. We met at work — and soon found we'd both, separately, been running the same early miles for years. We've settled most things on a run ever since.

We're both endurance runners — long Sunday loops, early starts, the races that take all day. The kit matters when you're out there for hours, and we got tired of one thing: the good stuff, the kit that actually holds up, costs a fortune. Proper fabric and honest construction had somehow become a luxury. We thought that was daft, so we decided to do something about it — make kit to the standard we wanted to wear, and price it like we wanted to pay.

Everything is editioned in small runs. When a run is gone, it's gone — we'd rather make the next thing well than the last thing again.

And we're firm believers in the simplest part of all this: get outside, leave the screen behind. An hour on the trail beats an hour scrolling, every time. Lost on Purpose. is exactly that — the runs without a route, the long way back, the hour that belongs to no one.

Editioned

Each piece is made once, in a small run, and numbered against that run. When an edition sells through, it's finished — we move on to the next thing and try to make it better.
